Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use MyCityDirectory — the local directory and profile pages run by Image Services, Choti Baradari Market, Patiala, Punjab. By creating an account or a profile page, you accept these terms.

1. What MyCityDirectory is

MyCityDirectory is an online directory. Each member gets one profile page with their contact details, photos, services and products, shown in the directory and made findable on search engines like Google.

2. Your account

You sign up with Google, or sign in with your mobile number or email and a password. One person keeps one account. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account that misuses the platform.

3. Your profile and content

The information on your page must be true, current and yours to publish. You keep ownership of your content, and you give us permission to show it on the directory, in search results and in promotional material for the directory. We may approve, reject or remove a profile that is false, illegal, offensive, misleading or spam — when we reject a profile we tell you the reason, and you can fix it and submit again.

4. AI-generated pages

Our AI can draft your page from your photos and visiting card. An AI draft is a suggestion: check every word, name, price and phone number before you apply it. You are responsible for the final content published on your page.

5. Plans and payments

Plan names, prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard, and those are the prices that apply. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner. Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we fail to provide the paid service.

6. Reviews and enquiries

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. A business must not post or arrange fake reviews, including for itself. Enquiries from a page go directly to the business; any order, payment or agreement is between the customer and the business — MyCityDirectory is not a party to it.

7. The Verified badge

The Verified badge is given when three things match: an Aadhaar QR verification, the visiting card, and a selfie of the account holder. We may remove the badge if the information stops matching or was given incorrectly.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use MyCityDirectory for spam, impersonation, illegal goods or services, or to collect other members' data. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the service in a way that harms it for others.

9. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service running and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that every detail on every member page is accurate — member pages are written by their owners. Our total responsibility towards a member is limited to the amount that member paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
