Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information MyCityDirectory — run by Image Services, Choti Baradari Market, Patiala, Punjab — collects, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
When you create an account we take your name, mobile number and email. When you build a profile page we take the business details and photos you give us, including a photo of your visiting card. If you verify your profile, we check your Aadhaar QR, visiting card and selfie at that moment to confirm they match.
2. What is public
Your profile page is a public page: the business name, photos, services, address and contact details on it are visible to everyone and to search engines. That is the purpose of the directory. Your account password and sign-in details are never public.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to run your account and page, show your page in the directory and search results, pass enquiries from customers to you, take payments, and tell you about your page — approvals, reviews and plan changes. We do not sell your information.
4. Verification material
Visiting-card photos, selfies and Aadhaar QR checks are used to confirm a profile is genuine. An Aadhaar QR check reads the details printed in the QR code itself; we do not ask for your Aadhaar number or an OTP.
5. Sharing
Enquiries a customer sends from your page go to you. Payments are processed by our payment partner. We may share information if the law requires it.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember choices on your device. No advertising trackers are used.
7. Your choices
You can edit or correct your page from your dashboard at any time, and ask us to delete your account and page by writing to servpga@gmail.com. Deleting removes your page from the directory.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service grows. The current version always lives on this page.
